This position will be based in the Sabetha, KS location.
Duties/
Responsibilities:
Open and close location per bank procedures Receive and process checking and savings deposits Cash checks and process withdrawals Accept payments on various accounts to include loans, visa credit card, misc.
Open/close/maintain customer accounts to include:
checking, savings, business, Certificate of Deposit (CD), IRAs, Safe Deposit Boxes Online banking set up and trouble-shooting Order checks Assist in cash, teller and bank audits Process cash advances Redeem US savings bonds Balance and update customer inquiries Perform proof function, as assigned Count and roll loose coin File and maintain data Open and process mail Other duties as assigned Inbound and Outbound Calls Monthly Referrals May be asked on occasion to support multiple locations
Qualifications:
HS Diploma or equivalent required 1
yrs customer service experience Cash handling experience preferred Dedication to providing exceptional customer service Strong attention to detail, dependable, and self motivated Highly proficient in MS Office and industry-specific software Sales Experience Proficient math skills Job Type:
