Ensures all Schenck Process parts and equipment are painted according to work orders.
Prepares equipment mixes paints and maintains a safe and orderly work environment.
Paints parts and equipment according to work order using materials from the paint booth.
Sandblasts equipment and reapplies paint as needed.
Prepares equipment for painting by checking work orders, assembling workstations, mixing paints, inspecting parts for defects, cleaning equipment, and loading racks.
Maintains a neat and orderly work environment by sweeping the paint booth daily, washing tank nozzles and other paint utensils, and making minor repairs to the booth.
Properly manage and dispose of all generated hazardous waste.
Performs related miscellaneous duties such as changing and assembling filters and ordering standard color paints.
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior painting experience is preferred.
